Lecture Series for Senior Citizens
The goal of the Lecture Series is to promote opportunities for lifelong learning among the senior citizens of the South Bend community. The program encourages positive interactions between South Bend seniors and the University of Notre Dame as well as between residents from diverse neighborhoods.
The Learn Series is a program of monthly luncheons attended by 45 seniors (ages 55 and up) per session. Lunch is provided by the Community Relations Department, and speakers consist of Notre Dame faculty, student groups, and South Bend community leaders.
